Never a Dull Moment in Barbados – Things to do on Wednesday

Every Wednesday night from 10pm to 2am, come out and enjoy yourself at the Jolly Roger Shipwreck Dockside Party. Some of Barbados’ most well-known DJs, including Dave Smooth and Exodus, provide the entertainment for the night, blazing some of the best party music. Use this as a way of unwinding after a stressful day, or celebrating that the week is almost over!

Create lasting, unforgettable memories with an Atlantis Submarine dive. It offers a fully narrative day dive featuring a shipwreck and numerous species of fish, coral and reef life. The night dive experience provides a romantic setting of colours and coral. This air-conditioned, 90 minute, award-winning, underworld voyage takes you to depths of 150 feet that will fully submerge you into an aquamarine, tropical marine life. Book your spot a by calling 436-8929 or email bdsres@atlantissubmarines.com

Exclusive Dinner Sunset Cruise aboard the Tiami Catamaran

Step aboard this luxury 60ft catamaran and enjoy a Wednesday even of relaxation and if you so desire, romance. You are greeted with a complimentary beverage of your choosing when you first board. Experience the amazing views of the Barbados coastline, wonderful, cool tropical breeze, and the wonderful ambiance of the boat as you enjoy delightful finger foods. Finish the evening with a lovely buffet dinner and dessert. The cruise occurs between 4:30pm and 9pm, so you will be able to watch the sun as it sets. For more details, contact 430-0900.

Barbados Wildlife Reserve Tour

Enjoy all that nature has to offer at the Barbados Wildlife Reserve. Take this amazing tour and see exotic animals, reptiles and birds in what has been described as a tropical haven.  This is a very unique experience for friends and family as you are afforded the pleasure of seeing animals in their natural state, not caged up as they are in zoos. The reserve is open from 10am to 5pm but the best time to visit is around feeding time (2pm). When it is time to be fed, the animals are much more visible around the reserve, especially the Barbados Green Money. For more information, contact 422-8826.
