Ingredients
10 Golden Apples (not too ripe)
4-5 heaped tablespoons Brown sugar
8 Cups of Water
Angostura Bitters
Cinnamon
Preparation
- Wash golden apples thoroughly and leaving the skin on, cut into pieces.
- Using a juicer, extract juice from pulp.
- Dilute juice with water and add sugar, cinnamon and Angostura Bitters to taste.
OR
- If you have no juicer, grate the apples and leave the grated apples in water in the refrigerator overnight.
- Strain mixture using a strainer and a large spoon and add sugar, spice and Angostura Bitters.
- Chill and stir before serving.
