Fine Dining

L’Azure Restaurant

med Lazure food

Located at the Crane Hotel in Barbados, the award winning L’Azure hotel is famous for its delicious and fresh seafood and its magnificent ocean views. If you are looking for a night of elegance, then this restaurant is the place to be. Its main attraction is the Sunday breakfast complete with live Caribbean gospel music. The 2009 Zagat review described this attraction as “Heaven on earth” and Almost every seat in the house provides a lovely cliff top view of the Atlantic.

What they said:

Fantastic view over Crane beach. With the patio doors open the warm wind is fantastic. We had an excellent dinner from the Re-discover menu… Also had a great lunch sitting outside and also enjoyed the excellent Gospel Breakfast. @Damasust

Great food, even better view! What better way to enjoy your meal, than with good company, great food and a stunning view of the ocean. @Dmillar03

Zen Restaurant

Offering a unique blend of Japanese and Thai cuisine amidst a beautiful ambiance on the south coast, The Zen Restaurant located at the Crane hotel provides an elegant fine dining experience. It is open daily (with the exception of Tuesdays) for dinner and offers a range of seating options including a Japanese tatami room, intimate private dining rooms and a sushi bar with a quite breathtaking view. The Zagat Guide termed the Zen restaurant as the “no.1 for food” in Barbados.

What they said:

I’ve lost count the number of times I’ve eaten at Zen, and every time I do, I am amazed. From the lovely view overlooking The Crane Beach, to the ambiance of the restaurant and great service by the staff, and of course the wonderful food on offer, you won’t be disappointed. @Lindsay F

I eat at the Zen no less than four times monthly. It provides a relaxing and private environment for having that mouth watering meal after a hard day’s work. My favorite meal is Nom Prik Prow, you should try it. A very classy and romantic upmarket restaurant which sits by the ocean on a cliff top. @Kammie H
