1 breadfruit
2 tsps or less salt
1 bunch herbs
1 pint stock 
2 tbsps butter
1 chopped onion

Cut breadfruit in slices and boil with herbs and onion, in water just covering the fruit. When soft, take from heat and crush until smooth adding stock as necessary. Stir in some of the butter and when smooth place in dish and spread with remainder of the butter.
